For a full refund or an exchange, returns must be made within 28 days. Goods must be returned in perfect condition without the seal broken. If the seal has been tampered with or broken, we will not be able to accept the goods as a return. You will be responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us. Returns must be made using a ‘signed for’ service at your cost.
If you have any issues with the saffron you receive, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sarasaffron.com within one week of receiving your order, including your order number, name, the reason for the return, the product name, and the quantity. Once we have this information, we will replace the item if it is in stock or refund you the full amount. Please keep any defected items as we may ask you to return this to us.

Claims for breakages or other damage must be made in writing to ‘Sara Saffron’ within 3 days of delivery. All goods and packages that are subject to a claim must be kept for inspection by the carrier. Damages during carriage must be noted on the carrier delivery note, otherwise claims are invalidated.
After the goods have been received back and deemed acceptable for return, we will issue a refund to the card that was used to purchase the item, which can take up to 14 days to be processed.
