Sara Saffron offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.<\/p>\n<p>By visiting our site and\/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our \u201cService\u201d and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (\u201cTerms &#038; Conditions\u201d, \u201cTerms\u201d), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and\/or available by hyperlink. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.<\/p>\n<h3>Orders<\/h3>\n<p>All orders are accepted by us on the understanding that the terms and conditions have been understood and accepted by you.<\/p>\n<h3>Offers and Promotions<\/h3>\n<p>We reserve the right to withdraw\u00a0promotions at any time without notice. Please note that free promotional products have limited stock and we cannot offer substitutes\u00a0or cash alternatives. Where a promotion requires a discount code we will only accept orders where a valid code has been used and accepted at checkout. We\u00a0reserve the right\u00a0to cancel orders where an offer\u00a0has been used in conjunction\u00a0with other offers or has been used by a customer for more than one order.<\/p>\n<h3>Payments<\/h3>\n<p>Payments will only be accepted through the online payment system provided.<\/p>\n<h3>VAT and Duty<\/h3>\n<p>Where applicable, these are charged at the current rate (January 2021). We reserve the right to change prices subject to a change in the rate of duty and VAT. Some goods contain zero rated VAT; on these items VAT is charged on the due amount only.<\/p>\n<h3>Amendments<\/h3>\n<p>We reserve the right in the event of an item not being available to substitute with an item(s) of equal or greater value. The cost of substituted goods and postage will be refunded if felt to be an unacceptable substitute.<\/p>\n<h3>Delivery \/ Claims<\/h3>\n<p>Please ensure that a full and correct address is given (with postcode) as any additional carriage costs resulting from errors will be charged. Delivery charges are as those listed on the separate order form. All items are insured. Claims for breakages or other damage must be made in writing to &#8216;Sara Saffron&#8217; within 3 days of delivery. All goods and packages that are subject to a claim must be kept for inspection by the carrier. Damages during carriage must be noted on the carrier delivery note, otherwise claims are invalidated.<\/p>\n<h3>Liability<\/h3>\n<p>Sara Saffron shall not be liable for any loss which might occur after the parcel has been signed for on delivery. Our liability, in any circumstance and whatsoever the consequences, relating to any parcel ordered is limited to the invoice value of the parcel itself.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancelled Orders<\/h3>\n<p>Customers have the no-obligation right to cancel an order within fourteen working days from the day after goods have been delivered. Customers will be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, provided that the goods are returned in the same saleable condition and the Customer will be responsible for the cost of postage to return the goods to Sara Saffron.<\/p>\n<h3>Gift Vouchers<\/h3>\n<p>Vouchers can only be used towards one transaction.<br \/>\nVouchers can only be used towards to the value of goods, any delivery charges incurred are payable at checkout.<br \/>\nVouchers cannot be part exchanged for cash.
